“This store is like all of the other Duluth stores... And that's a good thing! Makes it easy to find things. Plenty of friendly knowledgeable employees. It's definitely a "get what you pay for" company. You will have a hard time getting their clothing to wear out!”

“I had the absolute best experience today with the employee named Starr for two reasons. First, I am 27 years old and this was embarrassingly my first bra fitting ever on my own without my sisters or my mom present. Starr was knowledgeable, patient, and overall helpful with helping me narrow down exactly what I needed for sizing & comfort. Second, I am in my third trimester of pregnancy. Starr offered clear, non-stressful advice for my changing body without an ounce of judgement. I cannot wait to go back to this Soma location once my baby is born, so that Starr can help me find the perfect nursing bra.”
“Just popped in because I always have to take a peak in hot topic when there's one around.. My 12yo son and I just like to browse.. We were within 40 minutes of closing, and I know how frustrating that is for employees sometimes.. This girl that was working was such a sweetheart. Even hearing her interact with other customers in the store very enthusiastically - she just made my whole night. Great vibes, that girl. When we left, my son told me we should leave a review about how great that was. So here it is! My receipt says the salesperson name is Jordan - shout out to her ?”

“We found a great deal on a photo package from JCP. We easily set the appt. The photographer asked what our expectations were. We just wanted a basic session in anticipation for a canvas portrait. We approved the package and were completely satisfied. It only took a week to receive our photo package by mail.
We will most likely come back in the future.”
