“JUST moved into the apartment complex, and they have been OUTSTANDING in taking care of us, helping with the move, and making sure we have TONS of support for any problems or questions.SPECIFIC MENTIONS:FRONT OFFICE - Mandy, Morgan, Pedro and Kim; ALL are professional, knowledgeable, and work HARD in order to make things better for all the renters.REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE - Alex and Josh are the only ones we have personally interacted with, but all the maintenance people have been quick to reply, professional, KNOW their jobs, courteous, and go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help out. Example: Washer line disconnected, water flooded the laundry room and kitchen, these guys showed up quickly, not only repaired the washer but HELPED mop up all the water!Can't recommend this apartment complex or people enough, OUTSTANDING place to live!”

The location is great! The grounds and building are well maintained by the maintenance and housekeeping staff. The atmosphere is so inviting. As far as management she's awesome always helpful and willing to help and she goes the extra mile. The units are spacious with great views. It's definitely a place to call home.”

“I toured a 1 bedroom/1bathroom I'm early July then I decided to move here. The application process was easy and I was able to pay online. The movie process was simple. I like that I was given an electronic key. The apartment I was given was clean and looked exactly like the model apartment I was shown. I have been here for 2 months now and I love living downtown and being within walking distance to restaurants. I have had two maintenance requests and they were completed promptly. The staff here is nice.”

The washing rooms are so confident on each floor, comfortable with lobby on each of nine floors. The active tenants association, here provide an opportunity for everyone a chance to be involved in activities, events, and update of the organization of folks that live here.
the handicap and regular apartments have balconies which are delightful and a great view of the city.excerize equipment,pool table,darts, shuffle board, library,cooke machine, pet allowed, outdoor bbq grills, courtyard, raised gardens, large elevators, trash shuts on each floor.
tenants without cars can easily walk or ride electric wheelchairs to many helpful locations: Edwards Grocery Store, post office,hair salons, optometrist,donut shop,Restaurant,fast foods, flea markets, electric wheelchair, barbershop ,General Dollar Store, and most of downtown. Emergency service are always ready to serve. Even the mayor has visited with us. The city has festivals near to our Towers for us to attend. The wonderful thing is the transportation to Jacksonville Health and wellness center, providing free lunch during the week, volley ball, bean bag baseball, bible study, dominoes,puzzles,planned proactive programing local hospital health checks, exercise class, chair yoga, the list goes on and on I know I have missed mentioning something. Thank you again EHdoc for Jacksonville Towers and staff. I hope someone reads this. Let me know. Thank you.”

“I see many bad reviews about this property I believe those are maybe outdated. I don't know what happened in the past but right now management is on it! All of the administration not just the management are professional and they treated me with real kindness as if I was related to them they quickly processed my application and helped me every step of the way as if I was related to them or they benefited from my well-being. I was pleasantly surprised to see a renovated unit with all new appliances. I did have to make 1 maintenance request so far and maintenance came right away with a good attitude. Also all of the facilities are very clean and in good condition everything works the laundry room the mail room/ park everything is in good clean order. I realize low income communities sometimes have problems but that comes with mismanagement and I just want to say this place is improving and if you want a good place to stay and you have a can-do attitude you can help make a community a better place as well. So please by all means don't let the comments discourage you from trying to find a great place to live at an affordable rate!”

It felt unsafe here for many years. * The current management has made great efforts to improve all aspects of living here. Management listens and is fair. In particular, Shanice has been very professional, attentive, and addressed issues promptly with personal follow-up.
