“Napa Auto parts has quality built into their electrical and mechanical parts to where I can trust it'll last, be correct, and is equivalent to O.E.M. components. NAPA auto parts counter personnel doesn't make me wait for them to answer 5 phone calls about antifreeze and batteries. They value the sale standing in front of them. Extra cost is not that expensive if you leave with what you came for! Almost every car part store don't carry everything ON HAND/HAVE TO ORDER. The other stores are a Walmart equivalent in auto parts.”

“Hit a deer 1 month ago. Was devasted and thought it'd be totaled due to how the damage inside and out was.
The estimator, Ismar helped me through the process and told me it would be a 50/50 totalled or not totalled.
To my surprise, it barely was close to being totalled. Ismar and his team got everything in order and fixed her back up! Looking amazing!
Thank you to Ismar, the receptionist who is very nice, and the labor team that did such an amazing work. As much as I hate car accidents, I'll be coming back here again, hopefully not soon though.
This was the second time I have been to Lewis collision and they have always done amazing work!

“Bear and family took on our vehicle woes without meeting face to face.
Our 2019 Tiguan died with an ECS error. After towing our Tiguan to the dealership service team, we were in waiting for a few weeks before they informed us they could not fix the problem. After a quick search for altenator repair, Petersen Auto Electric was responsive, and was okay with taking our car without meeting due to being down a car, and having it towed. Within 5 days, we had a diagnosis and part ordered.
The repair bill was the cost of two "Diagnostic Fees" from our dealers service department. Bear went above and beyond, and restored my trust in my vehicle saving our family the trouble of finding a replacement vehicle. Thank you Petersen family!”

“So I had a lady hit my truck and after talking to the insurance company they highly recommended using this body shop. So after getting my estimate I dropped off the truck for repairs. After a week the guy name Scott called and gave me a update on how the truck was doing. They had the truck for 15 days and got a call to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I couldn't believe the difference when I picked it up. Remind you the truck came in looking dirty. Well they did a complete detail inside and out. I couldn't believe how nice it turned out. If your looking for that body shop that does the extra little things I highly recommend this body shop. Plus there work is lifetime warranty”
