“My 88 yr Old mother passed out after a walk today I had to call 911 and they sent an ambulance over. The two guys, Josh and Lance went away above average in treating my mom. They were extremely kind and professional and stayed until they were absolutely sure she was OK to stay at home and not go to the hospital. They treated her with such respect and kindness, and I want to thank them personally for treating her and let you know she is doing well.”

“This may be the nicest set of humans that run this Hertz. It's Walmart training week so there's no cars in the area. They've bent over backwards to find me a car for an important work meeting and had it clean and ready to go the second I arrived.”

“I've used to service on multiple occasions. They've always been on time if I was able to book a ride on their new on demand program. However I missed her dedicated routes. At least I knew that I would get to work on time then. This new service doesn't always guarantee a ride”
