“West Memphis Ford was able to complete my service urgently while I was in a pinch after I was told by other dealerships it would be over a month before they could look at it. Everyone I spoke to was respectful and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.”
“Goldy's is a great place to have your truck repairs done. Mr Goldy's , Rodney, Randy, Jose and the rest of the staff are great to work with. Good company and employees. Thank you'll.”
“They always take good care of my needs, whether it's service or shopping for new wheels. They always wish me happy birthday and Connie Dail keeps me in an updated quality vehicle. I can't think of young man's name who always ask for my husband for the sweet potatoes is kind also.”
“Great person, decent price and works well. Taken a couple of my vehicles there and he a has always been amazing and fair. Honest and straight forward person! Will always have my business!”
“I’ve been shopping here for years, and the customer service has always been great. On my recent visit, I noticed they now offer multiple ways to receive your receipt. I really like that option because paper receipts easily fade or get lost, so having choices is a great feature.
However, please allow the customer to actually make the selection. When I was about to choose to have my receipt emailed, the cashier made the choice for me and just printed it out. Aside from that, it's a great shop with excellent service—just hope the staff lets customers pick their preferred receipt option moving forward!”
“Went and got an estimate for my car after an accident, it went quite well. The beautiful lady that help me was everything, her patience made me smile, and are presence made me strong. She didn't talk much but she didn't have to she got the job done and it was done right.”

I’ve been calling three O’Reillys and three different cities and states and I have no one have taken care of me like this O’Reilly that boy Rico went up and out his way to make sure I got all the parts that I needed. I appreciate your service Mr. Rico. This is Marlon Sims. I haven’t had this type of treatment over 10 years. A guy was great.”

“The people working here are great! While traveling from Texas to Chicago for our grandson’s graduation from Navy boot camp we were hit by debris on I-40 close to this shop. We stopped in and ask if they could help get us back on the road, which they did right away. In a short time they had safely patched us up and on our way. Thanks so much to the wonderful team at Cliff Carter’s.”
