“I purchased an Advance frame Elements Elite convertible kayak from WCK. Love the boat. I paddled 6 days along the shores of Okanagan Lake for 131 km. We had all we needed in our kayaks. Stopped along the way to camp. The other two friends had seaward 15 ft sea kayaks. The Advenca frame had no problem keeping up with the other kayaks and do better in rough windy conditions than the sea kayaks.
I did purchase the spray deck and the spray skirt to stay dry which was necessary on a few days. Thanks for the stellar support as well as I put my gear together for this trip. Looking for more trips in the future.”

“I really appreciated the courtesy, kindness, and professionalism at this shop. I brought in vintage decals to have put on a shirt, and they took the time to research and try every option. Unfortunately, the adhesive on the 1979 decals had deteriorated and wouldn’t release, but they truly went above and beyond in their effort. I’ll definitely be using them again for other projects.”

The staff we deal with are very polite and are very knowledgeable about their products. They have always made sure that we are completely satisfied with our purchase. They never rush us to make a decision and encourage us to try out our purchases in store to ensure fit. They always remind us that if we ever have any issues with our shoes to bring them back. We have never had to. They also give us the option of in store pickup or having our items shipped to our home for free. We also respect that this store gives military and veterans a discount to honor their service. We also like the fact that this is a locally owned Canadian company. “Called and asked if they had a shoe in stock they said unfortunately they didnt but they had a shoe that was very similar. I did some research and ended up going in to look at the similar shoe. Staff on was kind, greeted me when I walked in, looked in the back to check if they had the size i needed, I tried on a couple of pairs and well doing so staff checked in on me a couple of times even during the Christmas shopping business.
