“Went to this branch at lunch and it was very busy. The line was super long and only two tellers were working, so the line took some time to work through. However, while most of the other employees walked past the line while avoiding eye contact or apologizing for the wait, Rahul Gill worked diligently to help the tellers with all the customers in line. He was thorough and helpful, and after I was seated with him, I was out the door in 5 minutes.”
