About CIBC Branch with ATM
This CIBC Branch with ATM provides reliable banking services. The branch itself has standard hours, but its ATM is available 24/7. The staff receives high praise for being helpful, patient, kind, gentle, and professional. Specific mention is made of excellent service in Chinese, with dedicated phone support for inquiries, appointments, or account openings. A visiting customer with limited English also noted exceptionally smart and kind assistance using translation software. While wait times and teller scope can be points of complaint, the service is described as having frequent highlights. The location offers plenty of parking during evening hours. Customers recommend this branch for its supportive and multilingual staff who provide great help and insight.

Geeti was amazing! There were no appointments available today, and all the other advisors were busy, but she still managed to find a way to get me an appointment. She was so kind, helpful, and understanding. Thank you Geeti :)
