“THANKS to ANTHONY WANG - assistant branch manager, the Vietnamese and Chinese female tellers.There are 2 RBC branches that I always come which is this one and Joyce x Kingsway.I ran into a huge problem, came to Joyce and asked for help several times, they could not help me because tellers doesnt have much knowledge. and the teller manager didnt want to talk directly to me but kept talking through the teller. I kept waiting for my problem to be solved but nothing they could do. since 8/ 2023 until Feb 2024.I decided to come to the Willingdon x Kingsway branch instead this time. There were 3 people helping me. A Vietnamese girl, a Chinese girl and Anthony Wang. the 2 girls were very helpful, very quick, very straighforward. the line there always long so those girls working very quick instead of talking to you a lot but not solving your problem like the Joyce branch.Although I got help from the 2 girls, there is still something not solved yet. And Anthony - the assistant branch manager helped me. it takes only one day to solve everything. he is super knowledgable, he gave me his card, prepare me documents needed. he is very very good. my problem wasnt solved since 8/2023 until Feb 2024. And Anthony solved it in 40 minutes lol. He is amazing. From now on, I will only come to this branch. If you run into problems, ask the girls to help and then ask for Anthony.”

“I want to give a shout out to Marco regarding our visit to CIBC today. Unfortunately, I do not know his last name. He is a teller there. He was both professional and personable. It was a fairly complex situation regarding a credit card bonus. We only had to tell him once what our situation was and he got it right away. It was something that could not be done quickly, so he moved us over to the side to help us. He made a call and explained accurately the situation to CIBC Visa. When Marco had to leave, he did not leave us hanging, but made sure we were able to have someone continue to take care of us.Thank you Marco. You had our interest the whole time and made our time dealing with this much more palatable. Also want to thank the manager, Ahmad Sahak who was on stand by if needed.”
