Additionally they have a little take out counter inside for burritos and sandwiches. I picked up Monday special burrito for 10 dollars, huge burrito and very flavourfull.”

Ideal location, plenty of parking, other food joints in walking distance. Bank machine inside but the TD Bank about 25 feet away. Starbucks around the corner, 3 Indian restaurants close by, pharmacy & walk in Dr's clinic close by. Husky gas station & convenience store next door, hooka bar across the street & subway right inside the complex. No matter what you want, you are bound to find it right around 7-Eleven.”
“The female cashier at the front desk exhibited exceptional customer service. Despite my initial frustrations with UPS, whose delivery personnel failed to leave a notification or make a phone call and did not place the package in the designated mailroom, my experience at the store was quite the opposite. When I arrived without physical ID, she was highly accommodating. Furthermore, since I rode my bike there, I had a bit of a struggle trying to get the package to fit in the basket. The cashier was awesome—she even came outside with some tape to help me strap the package down. What a great lady!”

“My truck broke down out front of the S Mart and my cell phone was almost out of battery. Noor, the clerk at the store, was very helpful in assisting me in my time of need. I had the chance to walk around the store and found lots of international food items that I haven't seen anywhere else in a long time. “This is my favorite Circle K store in this side of Metro Vancouver. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. They will also help you to look for items when you cannot find it. This place has less dodgy people hanging around. Parking is readily available in the lot out front. It has not been overly busy every time I am there. I hardly get coffee from convenience stores but I do like the ones here. You get to choose the blend, usually house or dark roast is available. Add the milk or cream or flavored cream (hazelnut or vanilla or both). There are also flavored syrups (caramel, hazelnut and vanilla) to sweeten it. The stir stick is individually wrapped in plastic. Sleeves and lids are well stocked. Everything is there. You can also customize your hotdog or even add Mac and cheese to it? It is too fancy for me to try. Maybe one day. So far I am just a ketchup, mustard and relish person. At most I will add onions or jalapeños. During hot summer days the froster (like slurpee) is nice. And you can make it a screamer by adding soft serve to it too. Then you get the usual convenience store items like milk, basic food items and snacks. I have seen sandwiches and stuff too. I should spend more time to checking it out. I usually just grab and go.”

“I really enjoyed the service Loviny provided today, I was trying to redeem my points for an item but the data service here was so bad I couldn’t get it to work. She not only didn’t get annoyed and impatient but actually explained helpfully that it’s a service issue. I was about to give up when I went back to my car and realized the order went through. I went back in and redeemed the product. Usually I felt a bit bad about redeeming only a product and not buying anything so I always bought something else I didn’t really need to use the points, but Loviny didn’t make me feel awkward about it at all and was super friendly right to the end. Great work!”

“This 7 Eleven is a lot cleaner than the one on Rumble and Royal Oak. Strangely is that the two 7 Elevens are so close together. We came here to grab pizza on national pizza day. I collect 7 Eleven points through the app and sometimes, I get notified about the deals happening. Anyways the convenient store is not part of a gas station. It is somewhat smaller than the Rumble and Royal Oak location. Staff was very friendly. Food wise, I would say it was pretty standard. Can't expect too much at a convenient store. Not bad for something that opens 24/7.”

“I like this Circle K. Its bigger than the other location and it is cleaner and newer. It is close to the Production Way skytrain. There are free parking outside in front. Subway is inside the Circle K. The most interesting part is that this Circle K has tables and chairs for people to dine in their instant food. I like this concept and its very common to see in Asia.”

“Marine Food Market is a great store in the neighborhood, I envy the neighborhood. There were a snow yesterday and -14C and all people from Marine Drive walk going to 22nd street. If weren't for the store I will not be able to warm up myself and get some water to continue walking. The owner is really nice too and she provided directions as my phone is dead.You'll never go wrong if you wanted to have a snack in the evening because they have plenty of things at the store.Thank you to the owner.”
