“A couple of days ago, I bought a proposal ring. I was served by Aysha, the consultant. This was the best experience I've ever had with any jewelry purchase. With extensive experience in purchasing various beautiful items and jewelry, I can say that this woman provided the highest quality customer service I've ever seen. I was very pleased to return to the store a few days later to resize the ring, and she was delighted to see us, congratulated my wife and me, and helped us in every way she could. We are very grateful to Aysha and hope that senior management will see this and take a fresh look at this employee, because she is very sincere and honest. She helped us with everything she could, and we are very pleased. I can't say the same about the similar store and employees in Surrey; we won't be going there again.”
