“Very unassuming place that actually offers what they have on their website, as opposed to many other stores that do not update theirs and if you do not call to check, they’ll trick you into going to the store to then tell you that they can get it for you but you will still have to order it online and you won’t be able to see, touch and inspect before hand.Alvin and Pearson….? “This is the first time I have used Silvia findings for custom jewelry. The experience was great. Fast communication, great price, and very professional service. I'm a gem cutter and they are now my go-to company for all my custom settings. At this time it's about 4 weeks from the first conversation to receiving the product. It could be longer depending on how fast you approve the design. I have used several companies over the last several years and these people are the best. I had 4 small feathers placed around the stone to see the detail they were capable of making. They excelled!!My next project is coming up next week for them. I'm so very glad I found them.”

“Read some negative reviews from others regarding the customer services they experienced at Siba, but that's not the case with me. I went there twice to buy watches, and I received very good customer services and good advices each time. I bought a Cartier Tank Large for my wife and later a Cartier Tank XL for myself. I wore a very old and cheap Apple Watch both times and none I wore at the time was of expensive brands, but staff there still provided good customer services, did not look down on us just because we did not wear expensive clothing. We are quite happy about the buying experience there.”

“Shopping experience was very friendly. The person I met was very knowledgeable and was very fun to talk to. They introduced all of the watches and made some recommendations based on the information I gave them. Additionally, they had a decent collection available to view, with most name brands I was looking for. Something to note is they provide free adjustments to the watchband (lifetime adjustments with proof of purchase), however, once you adjust the watch band, you can no longer return the watch under normal circumstances. My watch came with a 3 year manufacturers warranty but your mileage may vary.”

“Putting aside the fact that I love this brand so much. Their associate Tara was really helpful she helped us patiently to look through everything and find what we were looking for. I went to other store before and their associate were rather rude and did not help me at all. I showed her my ring and when she saw it she immediately offered help and we realized as their policy suggests we can exchange my ring that was damaged because it was within the year we bought it. And if your Swiss watch needs a spacer to hold the dial and has tolerance of a Swiss cheese, these geriatric coffin dodgers up in Switzerland would pay you money to say it’s Italian made.Otherwise, I’ll recommend this place hands down.”
