I visited the Swatch store at Metropolis at Metrotown today to have my watch battery replaced, and I had a fantastic experience. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful. He replaced the battery quickly and carefully, then asked if I would like the watch crystal to be polished as well. I said yes, and he did an excellent job. The service was fast, thoughtful, and exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled with great care, and I’m very happy with the experience. Highly recommended!”
