After experiencing disaster with others, we finally found a cabinetmaker/millworker that has the attention to detail we wanted. Our install was a bit challenging as the corners were not 90 degrees, and there was customization required with a built in fridge and wine storage in a difficult to plan corner, that other installers could not accommodate. Our installer Victor was very skilled. Where others required an entire crew, he was able to install our cabinets single handedly in less time and to a greater standard than anyone in our experiences. We will certainly use them again for our next project. Thank you Final Draft.”

The end results are beautiful - doors are perfectly aligned, cabinets are level, plumb and square despite the uneven/sloped floor of my basement. The entire process throughout quoting, sale, measurement, conceptualization, material selection and install was top notch. Showroom has samples and palettes of all their available materials for one to custom choose as one pleases. I was welcome to bring various samples back with me, and where large samples were not available, they were brought in for me.

“We bought an electric Zwilling Kettle, that after 3 years of daily use stopped working. It had a five year warranty, so we brought it to the Metrotown Zwilling store, thinking they would send it in for repair and we would get back it in 4 - 6 weeks.The sales people at the Metrotown Zwilling store were very helpful and friendly. They tested our kettle on the spot and then sent us home with a brand new one. Over the years we've had warranty claims with other manufacturers and it was always quite a hassle. What a difference, we were really impressed!”
