“Went for a pet bed; staff was incredibly kind and helped me choose a style and colour that my cat would like! I set it up at home and he immediately loved it. The quality is great and its so soft and stuffed well! I also got an outfit for him; will definitely visit again in the future”

“Also a pleasant experience. The worker at the front is always friendly and helpful, and open to any and all questions. I watched her help out an older customer with such care and kindness, it was really nice to see. The quality of the products is fantastic, I’ve never had a complaint or issue with both the raw and the dried meats. Definitely recommend visiting Crudo for your pets raw food needs.”

“Great little locally owned pet store with homemade seasonal healthy cookies and a huge selection of toys and pet clothing! Bonus that is literally right next to a pet grooming business, too.”

“One of my favourite pet stores. I am a huge fan of a deal, and they have a corner dedicated to discounted items! Great staff here that always make me feel welcome. The staff is always ready to help, custom order things, and give my dogs treats. My only complaint is that they stock knock off prong collars which are not safe for dogs and dangerous for multiple reasons - they feel sharp, they break, they are not up to the standards that a prong collar should be. This is not the stores fault though, as they are sent things from corporate to sell. Hopefully they will stock the good brands or remove the dangerous ones. (Hint: herm-sprenger make good quality and safe products)”

“YES YES YES YES YEEEEEEESSSSSS!! I recommend this store!!! Woohoo!!Short backup on why: I was at another local pet shop and I bought these AMAZING freeze dried bully sticks (at $14-17.99 according to the sticker on the product, little did I know I was rung up $29.50 for it ... did not even know. Til I was arranging to pay on the phone for more)... so of course now I'm a tad irked I paid double the price I saw. But. Anyways. Whatever. The prices was a lot higher for the larger bag of chicken discs (we call them that) the Farmland Traditions Jerky... so a bit of thinking I decided to google some going market prices....FARMLAND WITH MP ($25 for 16oz bag, the other store $38 )VITAL FD BULLY STICKS ($22 for 5 pack, the other store $29 )I wanted 2 Bully 1 chicken and a bag of kibbles ($29 for kibbles I found another store that will sell that to me for sale plus $5 coupon I have so it will be around $21) for $147.... So if we minus about $35 for the kibbles that's $110 for 1 bag of chicken and 2 bags of sticks.I got 3 bags of chicken and 3 bags of sticks for $140 (difference of $30 I got 2 bags more of chicken and one more bag of sticks.... This is huge savings!!!)Best part? I ordered it just before 8 pm on Tuesday and it arrived at noon on Wednesday. They beat Amazon on speedWow I'm so impressed. No frills. Simple brown spare box just says maple paw and it doesn't even have invoice. Just the food and on time. I can dig that. And my dog is thrilled.I’ve just ordered my second order during the Thanksgiving long weekend and it came today, Tuesday Oct 10, I ordered it like Oct 8. They delivered it right on time. Texted me to make sure it was left where I’d like it. Photo to show me where exactly it wasAnd I just placed my 3rd order in 3 weeks. About $500 spent now so far and still always perfect.”

“As with any business, some employees are great and some not so great, but the salon staff here are amazing. Ever since Stephanie took over as salon manager, the salon has become SO MUCH BETTER. My dog is reactive and Stephanie is the ONLY one she let's groom her - which she always does an amazing job! It's obvious that PetSmart as a corporation cares more about money and their customers than it does it's employees, but I can tell that the salon's priority is taking care of the pets and making them feel comfortable. I can't imagine having to deal with reactive dogs and rude customers everyday, but they do an amazing job.”

“Found a lost doggie roaming in my backyard. So I called the SPCA and they answered within 20 seconds! Gave me instructions on what to do right away! So I dropped off the doggie and the whole process took 5 minutes! Good human beings than deserve every star in this review!”

“My go to place for aquarium decorations! They have an amazing stock of various rocks and wood for good prices. I'm very picky with what I put in my tank and I can never find the right sizes or shapes in other stores but I always have a blast looking through their huge piles for the perfect ones for my tank. The Korean lady at the front is so friendly and never fails to ensure we have a positive experience there!”

“I was just here. And they were super helpfulMy 1.5 year old "chihuahua" never got puppy classes. And she doesn't really know how to meet other dogs. She's scared. It started affecting walks and now it is gotten to the point that she refused to go out the door. We have not gone on a walk for over 1.5 months. Tried to sign her up for puppy socialization classes but the problem is that they only do them for up to five month old puppies for most places. Tried to go private trainers but they all do one on one with trainer and no dog or adult classes for tricks. But she needed the basics. "How to meet and greet another dog" , "simple commands"Came to PETSMART as I know they do puppy classes. Tried out they do adult beginner socialization classes. Only thing is none of the class times fit my work schedule as I need to go home to pick up the dog firstThey offered to take down my name and availability and a trainer will call me in a week or so. Customer "service" Thank you.”
