“I brought my Toy Poodle puppy, Minoo, to Pupper Palace today for her very first grooming session (bath, nail clipping, and a haircut). Initially, the lovely groomer let me know that since it was Minoo's first time and she was a bit nervous, they might not be able to do a full-body cut. I was a little disappointed at first but totally understood
that the puppy's comfort comes first.
However, when I came back an hour later, I was absolutely amazed! They miraculously managed to give Minoo a complete, incredibly neat, and beautiful haircut. The groomer was so patient, gentle, and skilled with her. I was so thrilled with the result that I had to leave a good tip! A huge thank you to the wonderful groomer and the owner for making little Minoo look so gorgeous. We will definitely be regular customers!”
“I dont normally post reviews but this business out does itself with the quality and communication. The products are well packaged and priced fairly. Ordered from here to test out with my 6 year old golden retriever who needed a diet change to help with her health and mobility not expecting much due to previous experiences with other companies, but after this experience I will 100% be ordering from this place again.”

“Staff are ALWAYS kind and ALWAYS helpful to pick out treats and toys for our dog. Unfortunately we can't take him in any more because they're SO nice that he loses his mind and wants all the treats and pets. That's his (my) fault not theirs!
They always have the dog food I request and will always put it on hold for me when I call ahead of time. Attached is a photo of him with a toy and long leash we got from there (and fed by the food we get from there!)”

“I bought some dog treats for my Morkie. I think he was allergic to one of the ingredients in the dental chews (activated charcoal) so I reached out to their customer service. They went above and beyond! I will most definitely be purchasing other treats from them with ingredients that I think he can eat with no issues. They were so quick to address the concern and resolve the issue.”

“I was just in there looking for some treats for training my dog, Krista was approachable, knowledgeable friendly and fast. I was in and out in under 5 minutes with her help which is sometimes important for me rather than stumbling around trying to navigate endless products myself.
Krista definitely made me want to leave this review cause I felt she more than deserved a job well done 5⭐”
“Marta is awesome. Very knowledgeable, goes at your dogs pace to make sure they are feeling as comfortable as possible. She has a huge library of videos she sends after so you can practice at home on your dog. My guys tight back and shoulders are feeling looser which = a happier more mobile pup. Definitely recommend for any high active dog ??”

“I've visited Korna twice, and the staff have been great both times. They carried a niche item I was looking for in the frozen section and were fantastic at helping me find great gift ideas for people with pets. The team is kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and laid-back, plus their overall inventory and selection are quite good. I would totally recommend this store, largely because of the wonderful service.”

“Went to the 6th Ave location in Vancouver to try out there bath facilities for my dog. It was fantastic! They give you a nice sized bag of treats all the shampoo and conditioner you could need including hypoallergenic. The hairdryer was so amazing that I didn’t even need to brush my dog I have a cockapoo that usually requires brushing afterwards to get out any knots and mats, and this hairdryer was so powerful that it had taken care of everything. He looked like he just came from the groomers. At $15 per visit it’s pricey, but after five if you get one free, I will use them from time to time and highly recommend the same.”

“I love the variety of items the store carries. They have always been fine with allowing me to bring my cat to visit. There are plenty of items to choose from and their prices are competitive.
Just as a side note, bosley's often has cans of cat food and dog food on the cashiers desk and the cashier will ask you if you would like to buy a can of food for the animal shelter. I always find these things difficult to turn down even though I'm not really keen on the idea. The last time I went in, there were all of these pre-made bags with pre-made prices that you could buy for a specific shelter animal. They're little faces printed on bright paper looking at you, it's really hard to say no.
I'm fine with it, I can't remember when or if, I turned down the purchase of shelter animal food.
As long as you're fine with that pitch at the end, you'll be fine. If you don't want to be caught off guard with the prices of the cans, when the cashier asks, just pick a modest looking can. I asked the cashier to decide, and one can was 5 or $6. If you go into the store often and drop an extra six bucks or more every time, it does add up.”
“As hundreds of other reviewers have said before me, Graham is an encyclopedia of a person. Although I'm not in a position to own rats anymore, I stopped by hoping to handle a few for old times' sake. Graham was incredibly accommodating and welcoming.
Their fancy rats are exceptionally friendly, with beautiful and rare coat colours. If you're in the neighbourhood, do yourself a favour and support this old school business. It's a real gem.”
