I hope the reviews change when they realized things have been fixed cause folks forget their reviews a lot. So hopefully the workers are trying to be wary of what customers (sometimes Karen's and Kevin's on bad days) are prepared to make things better rather than nothing.
I like it when I go in. I can use my points, I get what I like and move on. Chicken is ok, food in back is ok. Varies on certain days if it's good or not...
Never had issues with cashiers. They're quite chill and can be friendly if you want to small talk! (I don't go in much so again learn yourself if they like small talk).
