“I have been banking with the North Road branch since 2009 (Westend branch before) and I have always been treated professionally and with a friendly smile and welcoming words. I think it is time to inform clients of the struggles associated with fraud in the digital age. Things change, it’s sad, frustrating and those of us who enjoyed the community banking vibe miss it. “Friendly And great listening employers and employees as it seems with my experiences there hasn't been no long wait times at all or none which is great and the ears and outdoor ATM which you can drive through 24 hours a day as well as indoor ones which are open until 11:00 p.m. I believe everyday great place way better than my experience with the Surrey BC locations”
