“I've been a loyal customer of Ayoub's for a considerable time. Today, upon receiving an email advertising a 20% discount on gift cards, I eagerly visited the store to make a purchase. Regrettably, the customer service representative seemed unaware of the promotion. After showing her the email, she initially agreed to honor it. However, moments later, while I was occupied with my shopping, she informed me that the offer was only valid on December 26th. Despite showing her the email's clear mention of the offer lasting until December 31st and attempting to explain, her response was rude and unprofessional. Her interruptions during my explanation made the interaction uncomfortable to the extent that I felt discouraged from continuing my shopping experience.Update: Following the manager's response to my review, I reached out personally. Amir was incredibly understanding and apologetic. Thank you, Amir :)”

“You can find necessary products there. Cashiers are usually helpful. But I received bad advice twice from a young man who seems to be the owner or manager. I asked if the bread was fresh, and he said it was made an hour ago. I bought a lot of it, but when I opened the bag at home, it was clearly at least a day old. The same thing happened with another item with the same guy.”

“This place now and on will be my only place to get tomatoes. I have purchased it today (April 14 2023), and took a bite on one of them on the way home, and it gave me full grin and smile on my face. It is so fresh and delicious. It tasted so good that I could taste a bit of fresh sweetness of tomatoes. This place will be my only place for tomatoes from now on.”
