Great customer service!! Megan helped me out at cashout today and had someone find the proper size of dress pants I was looking for!! She was super friendly and made awesome small talk, too. Don’t usually like H&M but I’d definitely come back because of this experience!!

I was at the store 2 days back entered the store was looking for something their was a male staff member but I don’t remember name but he was south Asian with little long hair he had so many things in his hands i asked him for help and he helped me a lot while carrying all the stuff in his hands and was so helpful
