“We had a great experience here today. We asked the sales staff to help us plan the gender reveal of our baby and they couldn't have been nicer, or more excited to help. We gave Holly a boy and a girl themed outfit, asked them to read our results privately, and pack the appropriate clothes discretely. She seemed genuinely overjoyed to participate and it made the whole experience really memorable for us. Thanks to all the staff today for being so wonderful, we appreciate it so much. The employee was extremely rude and dismissive when I later confronted her maybe because we are people of colour and she can treat us any-which ways and get away with it.”
