He explained how the store worked in detail (what creating an account means, how I will be helped in the back etc) which was very helpful as a first time visitor.I was then greeted warmly by another employee in the back who was very friendly and efficient. I was given ample time to try on the slippers.Lastly the purchase process was quick and again helped by another friendly employee. I would definitely come here again.”
