“The floor staff, cashiers & the loading dock staff were all very helpful, quick , efficient and friendly.They knew where everything was or who to ask that would know or if they just didn't have it.We're kind and helpful, attentive and asked if you needed to find anything else before walking away which I found very refreshing.This kind of dedication is hard to find in retail workers.Summit has a lot of selection for everything. Cordless power tools all habd tools but the only disappointing parts is their stock of abrasive cutting disc's are a very poor quality brand.I guess they can't stock everything. Or they don't know what brands are ideal.Consult me if you'd like to know what brands to carry and drop”

“Purchased a Toto washlet there. Best price around and great service. I installed the Toto washlet on a Kohler toilet and there were issues with the hole size for the toilet anchors. They provided me with free alternate anchors that let me install my Toto washlet. Would absolutely recommend them for a Toto purchase!”
