2855 Wentworth Rd, CourtenayCan’t fault this lovely plant based cafe! We had the breakfast sammie, smoothie bowl and a couple of coffees and everything was so delicious! There’s a couple of small outdoor tables undercover. We even went back after walking around the garden centre to get a Nanaimo bar. A really lovely place!

3636 Trent Rd, CourtenayOur family loved it! I used to apprentice at this farm and have such fond memories—I hold it close to my heart. Chanchal and Thierry have poured so much love and care into every part of it. The café has a beautiful menu, perfect for a light lunch or a variety of healthy treats and drinks, each with a touch of herbal goodness. The chai is a must! Everything is well organized, and the food comes out quickly.

255 6th St #111, CourtenayNormally I would give their Glory Bowl an 11, but today the spinach was wet and wilted, and there was about 3 grains of rice in the bowl, also the dressing wasn't as good as it was the last time I was there. I had just raved to my sister about how incredible their Glory Bowls were and we were a little disappointed. Maybe they have someone new in the kitchen.
