2855 Wentworth Rd, CourtenayCan’t fault this lovely plant based cafe! We had the breakfast sammie, smoothie bowl and a couple of coffees and everything was so delicious! There’s a couple of small outdoor tables undercover. We even went back after walking around the garden centre to get a Nanaimo bar. A really lovely place!

255 6th St #111, CourtenayNormally I would give their Glory Bowl an 11, but today the spinach was wet and wilted, and there was about 3 grains of rice in the bowl, also the dressing wasn't as good as it was the last time I was there. I had just raved to my sister about how incredible their Glory Bowls were and we were a little disappointed. Maybe they have someone new in the kitchen.
