5655 Mersey Road, Port AlberniI had such a wonderful experience with Nicole! I recently got a new poodle who came to me in pretty rough shape, she had an absolutely awful smell and was extremely matted, so I knew she was going to be a bit of a challenge.
Nicole was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process, and she did everything she could to safely and carefully get my girl cleaned up and looking beautiful. Even though some of the matting was so severe that it still needed to be shaved down, she was incredibly patient and did her absolute best to keep her looking as cute and comfortable as possible.
The difference is honestly amazing. My poodle looks absolutely gorgeous now, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!
I’m so happy I found her and will absolutely be coming back. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, experienced, and caring groomer! ❤

I always make a point of having a Registered Veterinary Technician handle the glands, since it's genuine professional expertise and not something I trust to just anyone. Sheena is an RVT and it showed. She was fast, thorough, and clearly has deep knowledge of animals. Great to know she offers dog services too, not just cat boarding.
She also flagged some early signs of a potential infection I hadn't caught, so now I can follow up with Sadie's regular vet at home. I've had this done many times and never had anyone give me that level of insight. It really helps me stay on top of Sadie's health.
Will absolutely return whenever I'm in Port Alberni, and I highly recommend Sheena to anyone looking for professional, expert pet services from someone with real depth of expertise. Thank you Sheena.

She’s the kind of server who is just genuinely good at being human, warm, welcoming, attentive, and so easy to be around. She always greets you with a smile, knows how to make everyone laugh, and somehow makes the whole experience feel that much more enjoyable.
Her service is exceptional every single time, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she’s serving. Mary is truly one of those people who makes you want to come back just because of how comfortable and welcome she makes you feel.
And of course, the food is incredible as always! If you’re a local, you already know how good this spot is, and if you’re just passing through, absolutely make it a stop. You won’t regret it. 🤍

4630 Adelaide St, Port AlberniStopped for lunch and a flight. Not busy on a Monday. Nice atmosphere, really clean, lots of light. Service really nice and attentive.
Menu has some great options. Good kids menu also with standard options, but many. Son got sliders which he loved. We ordered frickles which were delicious. Nashville chicken burger which was amazing but hot - I added some ranch dressing on there too even it out. Husband got salmon burger which he enjoyed. Great food.
Beer was not our personal favorites. Tried flight of 4 popular beers - orange bridge was best one. Wouldn't let this get in the way of going though! Plenty others to try
