“I went shopping with my daughter at this location and the customer service was on point. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. When my daughter went to try on clothes Emalee was there with a bright and cheerful attitude which made asking for help seem effortless. emalee was also there to help with sizes and showing us current sales. Alex and Rhonda at the sales counter made the check out process go smooth while letting us know of the current sales, trends as well as the rewards system they have. All in all a wonderful experience!! We will definitely shop there again.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a great experience at Mark’s thanks to Vicki. She provided excellent customer service. Another employee had overcharged me, but Vicky quickly caught the mistake and corrected it without any hassle. She was friendly, professional, and really went above and beyond. Thank you, Vicki, for turning the situation around—I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“I picked out a clearance pair of shoes but found out it was recalled. They price matched another pair. Very Good Staff. Very Pleasant. Good deals. Would Recommend”
