“I finally found the Bricks that moved to its new home... and was very thankful to have an attentive salesperson Christine who helped me and explained plus negotiating with her manager on the Loveseat that I was considering. Because we live in Vancouver, she was also able to find a mover to deliver it for us. The manager was very helpful and considerate and accommodated me. This younger manager in Richmond is a better businessman than the one in the Brick Vancouver Renfrew store... who didn't care about customers... only held his ground without understanding his client's needs. “I’m dumbfounded that there is 5 star experiences and then 1 star? How can that be? Perhaps Sleep Country should up their game on consistent customer service by having one standard and all the stores and staff adhere to it. My experience is a 10 star rating and thanks to Elana at the Richmond, BC (Coppersmith) location, I received the best service when choosing a mattress and then when the product didn’t cut it, is when I really saw after sales service at its finest. “I was looking to replace my lumpy couch but then I discovered you could just replace the foam in the cushion. You just bring your cushions in, they'll help you measure and let you try different firmness foams. I dropped it off at lunch and they were ready by the end of day! The only thing is I wish there was an option to not use the glue because it smelled quite strong. My old cushion came with a liner bag, but I didn't think to ask if we could skip the glue.”

“Try to get here either early in the morning or late at night. We didn’t have too much trouble finding parking here at 11 am on a weekend but when we left an hour and a half later, there were many drivers frantically looking for parking and someone asked for our stall the minute we started loading our purchases.
Foot traffic gets heavy around 11:30 am at the cafeteria. Because of this, it seems like they open the second service lane at that time. We waited 20 minutes to order. If you are more into satisfying your hunger than telling everyone on social media that you ate at IKEA, an egg salad sandwich is a good choice, for both the portion size and price (it’s only $3.99 whereas the Swedish meatballs are $8.99)! Also, they don’t give a Swedish flag to everyone who orders meatballs, so do keep that in mind.
Vegetarian options: Plant balls and veggie balls are available.”

“Bought our first Mattress at Sleep Country after 9 years of using our old Queen size we needed a change as it started to sink in and develop uneven bumps. We walk by this location so many times and finally stopped by to check the options.
Sam Lin was our seller and he greeted us and ask if we are looking for anything specific, we explained our situation and budget so he showed us 3 types of Mattress we can try. After 20 mins we decided to take the Firm Kingsdown mattress. The processes was fast and efficient Sam made sure that everything goes well and the delivery was only 2 days, throughout the whole process Sam was very helpful and assisted us with our questions and the delivery progress.
Delivery guys were very fast professional and experts.”

“I bought a mattress from MFC in May, waited a few months to leave a review. I emailed Mario my height/weight and shoulder problems etc and he came back with a custom recommendation, I went with a medium HR mattress + a soft HR topper. MFC gave me a cover they'd both fit in in one, so it's all neat and contained. It's really comfortable. Fantastic experience, 10/10 would recommend.
*Be aware if you're switching from a box spring to a foam mattress there may be a couple days of adjustment - eg I realised I needed a flatter pillow than with my old mattress, but then I was all good”
