Appreciate the natural materials and handcraft that they use. Tyson was very helpful in getting the order together. Reasonable prices for everything as well. “Lynn has been such an huge, amazing and kind help for me over the past few months. She helped me pick out my first new mattress on my own, listened to all my concerns, back issues, hip issues, comfort issues and (to a silly degree) my worry of getting rid of my old mattress because I have had it for so long (it was clean and still good for use, but far past it's support life). She spent a lot of time with me going through different types, levels of support, looking at different sizes and also bed frames if I decided to get a larger bed. She took the time to explain everything. She gave me so many options for payment plans, delivery options, looking at certified used (returned during the 'sleep comfort guarantee' window) and made me feel good about having that option to do so being as they are certified as inspected and disinfected/treated (cleaned, inspected for damage, stains, etc) to make sure it was as new for me as an option over 'brand new'. I ended up going with a certified 'return' mattress and my sleep has improved greatly since then. I just went in the other day again to get a new set of sheets and she (yet again) spent a lot of time chatting with me and going over the benefits of the different types of sheets, materials, colors, comfort of each, benefits, everything. Lynn has been such an amazing help to me, and I'm so happy I have been able to work with her for my new sleep journey! She is beyond wonderful and I hope anyone looking to go to this location is able to have the joy of having Lynn to work with :)”

“Needed new cushions for an old IKEA sofa that was 10+ years old and worn out. Dropped them off on Wednesday and picked up the new cushions a couple days later. Sofa feels brand new and for a fraction of the cost of buying a whole new one. Very happy with the service.”

“The line for food was extremely long. When you’re hungry and have to wait 30–40 minutes, it gets very frustrating. The service was just okay: staff smiled only occasionally, and it was clear they were tired of dealing with customers. That’s disappointing, because after such a long wait you expect at least a bit more friendliness — but for the staff it’s just another shift.
Maybe I came at the wrong time (it was Saturday, very crowded), but the huge lines and the indifference from the employees didn’t help the experience. The food itself was tasty — no complaints there. And yes, I understand it’s a furniture store, not a full-service restaurant. Still, in other similar stores the service and speed are noticeably better.
In my opinion, improving queue management and customer service would make a big difference, because the potential is definitely there.”

The order ('Bio-Soy pillow'), was placed online, via the website of a local Branch of Sleep Country, on a Monday -- advised Tuesday, by 'Sleep Country Warehouse, Richmond, BC' (address above), that package had been delivered to FedEx, Richmond -- advised by FedEx that my parcel had been received, and would be delivered Wednesday -- received delivery of parcel early Wednesday afternoon. Parcel 'tracking' was provided by both of the companies involved, was appreciated, and worked well. I was happy, and impressed with the quality of service received from each of the companies involved with this purchase.”
