“I came in last night looking for a new watch. I came in perhaps 30 minutes before closing, and was met with warm and happy staff. I spend well over an hour in the store and didn't feel rushed at all. The owner, Vic and I ended up swapping jokes and howling with laughter throughout, while Di did a great job taking care of sizing and prepping the watch. I'll definitely be back.”

“Went to the Metrotown store to return a purchase I made online. Turned out the process wasn’t as simple as returning a store bought item.However the staff Fatima was extremely helpful and patient. She could have told me to go through the online return process myself. Instead she helped me with making the return label, etc, being patient and professional every step in the process. Fatima was very pleasant, making it the kind of retail experience I haven’t had for a while. Thank you!”

“Shopping experience was very friendly. The person I met was very knowledgeable and was very fun to talk to. They introduced all of the watches and made some recommendations based on the information I gave them. Additionally, they had a decent collection available to view, with most name brands I was looking for. Something to note is they provide free adjustments to the watchband (lifetime adjustments with proof of purchase), however, once you adjust the watch band, you can no longer return the watch under normal circumstances. My watch came with a 3 year manufacturers warranty but your mileage may vary.”

“Went to Lugaro today to purchase a watch . The customer service I received was outstanding. I went in with not a huge budget but the staff treated me with the upmost respect. I feel that it can be a bit intimidating buying a watch at some of these places but the staff at Lugaro treated me I feel the same as if I was buying a very expensive watch.”
