Most importantly I think, in this current Rolex market, he was realistic about wait times. Obviously, I would prefer to walk in, pay and walk out with the watch. But that doesn't seem to be the reality anymore, and for those of us who refuse to go grey market, patience is a virtue. I appreciated his candor.”

Di and the team took their time to show me all the various brands within my budget, allowed me to try on all the pieces that caught my eye, and recommended some options I hadn't even considered that I actually loved. They helped talked me through which options made sense for my use case and the aesthetic I was looking for. Ultimately ended up going with one of their recommendations and couldn't be happier. I've never checked the time as much as I do now (let's be honest, it's not about checking the time!). Will absolutely be back for my next watch!”

“Hands down the best store in the city for luxury resale. Beyond sourcing great items, this store masters the art of customer service. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming. They were so patient as we made a few trips to view the same item before purchasing. When you purchase from Modaselle you can have 100% confidence in the authenticity of the items (this does not hold true for competitors in the city). They also had our appraisal updated for no additional charge to ensure we could insure our purchase. This was done all on behalf of Modaselle with no additional work from us. I cannot say enough positive things about this place.”

“I stopped by the downtown store today just to browse, but ended up having a wonderful experience thanks to Courtenay. The store had five-flower bracelets in red, white, and grey, which was such a nice surprise.
Courtenay was incredibly warm and easy to talk to, and we had a really pleasant conversation. She has a great sense of what suits each customer — with her suggestion, I tried on the white five-flower bracelet, and it turned out to be a perfect match for me.

I started my Cartier journey last year, and it was so important to me to find someone who truly understood me — especially because I’m extremely picky and very detail-oriented.
