He took the time to educate me thoroughly on the different materials in mattresses, and even had a demonstration table with various foams, padding, and coils so I could feel the differences myself. When it came to testing out mattresses, Rob asked just the right questions to help narrow down what would be the best fit for us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and—importantly—not pushy at all, which made the process feel comfortable and enjoyable!

“We had the most amazing service while shopping for our couch. Jane was super sweet and so funny. We already had a couch in mind before walking in there. Jane took the time to know us and our needs. Her taking the time to do that made us realize that the couch we had in mind did not suit what we needed. She was very patient with us and we left with the most comfortable couch for such a good deal. They are renovating and are very conscious about their customer service we received an “inconvenience discount”.

Designers in other lands would DIE for some of the beautiful teak pieces I’ve seen go through this place and it always makes me sad when I see something I love, but “don’t have a place for it”. ?”
