“Walking into Mara was super refreshing. I love their service Island in the middle of the store. I've been there 8-10 times and every time there is someone knowledgeable and eager to help.Custom metal siding? Ordered within 5 minutes.Pre-bent rebar? paid and sent to pick it up in the backWood pellets for a pellet stove? They explain the two options without needing to look it up.Need to find something? They know exactly where it is.Need to bring kids with you? The front desk won't let you leave without giving them pop-corn.It's refreshing to see a competent team that is quick/eager to help with useful information.The only downside is that they don't always have what you need (because it's a smaller store). I've needed a metal blade for a chop saw and a 3-way switch with a dimmer, both were out of stock and I had to go to the big orange store instead.That being said, they're still my first stop because of their fast friendly team.EDIT: I forgot to mention that their yard staff are also exceptional. I always expect to run into grumpy guys on forklifts, but that's not the case. When I bought a pallet of fuel for my pellet stove, they were eager to break down the pallet and help me load it into the back of my vehicle.”

“Purchased a snowblower which had been returned. Turned out there were more issues than originally thought. Wayne in Seasonal went out of his way to source a new machine have it assembled and delivered. Ended up just returning the unit but definitely was over and above service.
