“i went to the brick tonight with my sales receipt to use some money i was going to be given back on an older purchase. found frank there, a sales rep, that i have often dealt with buying a new couch/ottoman and other various items over the years. he showed me around the store and found me some items that were on sale for next day but i was able to buy them tonight at the sale price. saved me a quite a bit of money on a new mattress, delivery, pillows etc. will give 5 stars for the service i received from frank, as usual. thanks frank”

“OK Vaccuums & Alarms Tony was able to diagnose issues with my alarm system, and instead of selling me a new system was able to fix the issue with mine in a very timely manner. We worked well together and was very reasonable with their fees. I had two other companies, insisting that it’s not possible to repair and we’re wanting to sell me a whole new system. I wish there were more companies with honesty and integrity in the world. This company is one of them and would highly recommend them.”

“?? I have had two opportunities to interact with a young man from the London Drugs Photo Lab recently, his name is Logan S. I had photos to transfer from my cell phone to the computer to get developed. For some reason several of my photos were not loading. I was becoming extremely frustrated, Logan came to my aid. He was strikingly patient with my exasperation, he encouraged me and calmly took over explaining what the problem was and proceeded to work out the solution. I found Logan to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional with amazing people skills. I have witnessed very few exceptional workers in my life but this young man was definitely one of them. In my opinion he encapsulated all the characteristics of a leader. This young man will go far in life. I have no doubt he would be an incredible supervisor. Logan is most certainly an asset to the store, they are blessed to have him as an employee. I will continue to take my business there. Thank you.”

“Purchased a snowblower which had been returned. Turned out there were more issues than originally thought. Wayne in Seasonal went out of his way to source a new machine have it assembled and delivered. Ended up just returning the unit but definitely was over and above service. Thank you Wayne for such great service”
