“Never had a single complaint about Home Depot, until I became a plant lady. I wish employees were taught to actually care for plants, or at least be able to discount plants that are nearly dead. I am no expert in plants, but I don't think it is right charging full price for plants that come with Thrips infestation for example. Or when a plant is half alive because it hasn't been watered in so long the dirt is hydrophobic, especially when they end up in the trash.”

“Good store, I go in all the time, they obviously dont have quite as much as home depot or rona, but the staff all seem to be super nice and knowledgeable. Overall good experience everytime I go in.”

“Purchased a snowblower which had been returned. Turned out there were more issues than originally thought. Wayne in Seasonal went out of his way to source a new machine have it assembled and delivered. Ended up just returning the unit but definitely was over and above service. Thank you Wayne for such great service”

“In the past it was always a good deal. Over the last few years things have been higher then thel last sticker price from the company that donated it to them. Always on furniture their pricing is reasonable for those items. But on new in box or new/return items might want to check online first. The stores are well maintained and easily accessible. Most staff are welcomin̈g and it's a job place for volunteering. The charity to help the less fortunate and homelessness is very important and something that we all must strive for doing our part.”
