“I had a very positive experience renewing and upgrading our contracts and phones at the beginning of August 2024. I had both my own and my daughter's to get done, and this experience is generally not one I look forward to. Alexander made it painless. Did a really nice job explaining things and also in getting the data transferred and all that. Best part was receiving the bill a week or so later and having it appear EXACTLY as Alex said it would. Really nice job. Five stars for sure.”
