“Great store with a huge variety of horse tack, feed, stable supplies and more. The staff are helpful and will assist with bringing heavier items to your vehicle. Everything is priced quite reasonably and they often have samples of products to try. It's nice having feed options in smaller sizes as well in case of limited storage space for the large feed bags.”

“Very nice little store, has great dog selection. But needs a little more for cats, the staff is absolutely amazing. They are always intentive and have fantastic answers to all my questions. I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Jamie at the Bosley location in Port Coquitlam.
During my visit, my husband accidentally dropped a container of salmon oil while our dog was very excited about the treats. I became extremely nervous, not only about the mess, but mainly about the safety of other pets who could potentially slip or get hurt.
Jamie immediately noticed how anxious I was and handled the situation with remarkable calm, kindness, and professionalism. She went far beyond what is expected, reassuring me, taking care of everything promptly, and making sure the environment was safe.
Her empathy and awareness made a stressful moment feel completely manageable. Experiences like this are what truly differentiate a great store from an average one.
We absolutely love this store and the entire staff. Jamie represents the very best of customer service.

“The staff I talked to was amazingly sweet and kind and we had a great conversation, she recommended things for my elderly dog which she has found worked for her animals, which I truly appreciate. They have a very nice selection of animal foods, either raw or dry, and toppers that you can’t find at many other stores in the area. They also do delivery which is really cool! “I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you’d have to be out of your mind to count out the Vancouver Canucks next season. This is a roster stacked with speed, grit, and actual depth for once. The systems are clicking, the coaching is dialed in, and there’s a real culture shift that the rest of the league clearly isn’t ready for. And speaking of not being ready, every time I walk into VanPet Lynn Valley, I’m hit with that same sense of “oh wow, this place actually gets it.” The staff are friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy, the shelves are stocked with quality products you can’t always find elsewhere, and they somehow keep the place spotless while still making it feel warm and welcoming. Both the Canucks and VanPet Lynn Valley are the kind of underappreciated powerhouses people overlook at their own peril. Just like the Canucks are going to surprise the league, VanPet Lynn Valley will make you wonder why you ever shopped anywhere else.”
