“Rescheduled twice. On date of appointment, I was told no service loaner and technician did not show up, and had to be rescheduled another week later. Can’t speak for the actual body shop work, but customer relations do not seem to be a strong point.Update : Ritchie Collision stepped up to the plate and the repair work and customer service has been excellent. Bumper scratch was repaired well and looks brand new. Good communication by the account manager through the process.Nice work.”

I phoned Judy at bumper to bumper and she knew what I needed, had 2 in stock. Purchased battery with 5 year warranty. B to B often has stock others do not. Very happy customer!”
