He spent so much time with us getting the best deal possible (we were in to renew our phones and try to get our bill a little lower) and we left spending less for better phones/plans. The atmosphere of the store as a whole was just really laidback and comfortable. I hate walking into phone stores and feeling stupid for not knowing what they’re talking about, and I didn’t get that vibe from him or the manager (Julia?) at all.
