“If you're looking for just basic affordable clothing, this place is PERFECT for that. This is a great place to get things like sweatpants, t-shirts, and hoodies all for pretty decent prices. They have a decent selection of clothing to choose from for men and women.Deducting one star because oftentimes there's no staff at the changing rooms. So I've often had to wait until a staff member was available so they could unlock a changing room for me. Also, the mirrors for the changing rooms are on the outside of the changing room door, not inside the room. So you have to open the door in order to use the mirror which I find a bit inconvenient. The changing rooms are also rather small with little space to put your clothes/belongings.”
“I went to Mark’s today looking for a Carhartt vest, and Ava was honestly kind and helpful. I called her while she was busy organizing clothes, but she still took the time to answer me with a warm attitude. She made me feel comfortable asking my question, and that little kindness really stood out.
Sometimes when you ask questions in stores, some employees make you feel like you’re bothering them but Ava showed what great customer service really looks like and I’m sure this warmth comes from being raised in a rich and beautiful culture.
