“Shima, the manager gave me excellent service today. I had recently purchased two pairs of pants over a month ago ;one regular length and one long. I didn’t realize that both pairs were not regular length pants. I called and spoke with Micheal who tried to help me and was given the wrong information as to what they could do to help me. I showed up at the store feeling angry and frustrated. Shima took over and refunded me for the full two pairs. She let me keep the pair of pants for the major inconvenience and for the incorrect information given to me. Both managers were very apologetic and I left feeling satisfied with the outcome. Shima did superb job in rectifying the situation. I also give thanks to Micheal who originally tried to help.”

“Really nice staff, greet you when you enter and then give you space. I appreciate that they’re not overbearing and are happy to help if you have questions (rather than hovering like in many other stores). They helped me bring the correct dress size from another location which saved me a lot of time. The guy with the blonde hair (manager?) was especially kind and helpful.”
