I came in a little over a month ago looking for kidney support food for my 11 year old whippet, who had just come from the vet with a diagnosis for kidney and UTI issues. The vet was pushing this expensive powder and royal canine garbage food and I wanted to find something better for her. Brooklyn showed me dry kibble that they had available but informed me that a raw diet with cordyceps drops for kidney/bladder support would be more beneficial and would most likely clear up her issues. She gave me samples of meat and goats milk for our picky eaters to try and some other recommendations. Our dogs are loving the food and have had no further issues! Brooklynn recognizes us every time we come in and it really makes you feel appreciated as a customer. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! Thank you Brooklynn for all of your help <3”

“This pet store has everything my kittens need. Prices are the same as the bigger chains. As a new-ish pet owner I have lots of questions and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They specialize in healthy food for cats and their selection for dogs looks the same. I often buy bones for my sister’s dogs here as well. Highly recommend !”

“Came in here on Monday morning for treats to use when dog walking. I needed something that would for a variety of dogs with different dietary needs. The staff member working was so helpful and knew exactly what I needed, and even sent me away with a free cat treats and dog treats samples.Store is clean and well stocked, lots of parking out front.”
“It's been a while since I visited in November ( it's May now) but the amazing service of two of your lovely employees (Chloe and Brandi) really stuck out to me. They were working at the store the day my cat whom i just adopted, got her spay surgery. “This store has been amazing and I truly feel bad that so many are saying they decided to not order crickets which are all lies! The staff were very friendly and explained how they get their orders in automatically but due to the cold most bugs do not survive the journey to the store. Thos store is always clean and they do a great job of trying to keep it stocked up and fill in holes where needed. I have worked retail for over 20yrs and I have never seen such an organized location. I truly wish people who dont ask or talk to the staff make false reviews with comments that are baseless lies. If you want to go to a great petstore with informative staff North Vancouver PetSmart is the best”

“Hands down the best mom and pop pet store! They have everything your dog and cat could ever need and they only carry top quality products.
ALL the staff are lovely and knowledgeable. They were super accommodating in having my reactive dog in for a private shopping session and treated her like royalty.
I am beyond appreciative that they offer this service for reactive dogs as not many other stores do. For my dog and I, it was a dream come true! We will definitely be returning in the future as it was worth the long drive for us. Come support this family owned gem!”
