“Excellent experience at BC Bike Fit. I’m returning to cycling after 25 years of running, complicated by knees and lower back surgeries and I have fairly limited knowledge of modern bike technology and fitting. I recently bought a Cervelo Caledonia 5 but felt the bike was a bit too long and wide for me. Dave confirmed my concerns and worked through practical solutions to improve comfort and position. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also helped me choose the right shoes and was very accommodating, even taking back Shimano pedals when I realized I didn’t need them. I left feeling much more confident about the bike. Highly recommend.”

“I’ve gotten my last 3 pairs of pointe shoes here, and the fitters are overall very good (best I’ve met in Vancouver). They have a better selection than The Dance Shop on Broadway, which only carries Freed’s, Blochs, and Capezios (all which don’t fit me 🙃). They can also special order a shoe that is out of stock, but note there might be a wait time of 4-6 weeks for some styles. They also carry more tights and dance related items, so there’s a lot of inventory in store. Lots of leotards too, but I hope to see a bigger range in the future as they’re all very classic styles you can get elsewhere (I’m praying they carry the Grishko line one day!) They have items for adults and kids, figure skaters and gymnasts. All dance styles too. I loved my shoes from here and will be back to try on other styles in a fitting.”

“Brandon and Danny took very good care of me at the store today. They got me fitted in a pair of Mundial “Team” shoes, WVFC branded Adidas pants along with a Sporteck coaches binder. They didn’t have my size for the pants but they fired up their heat press to take care of my request on the spot! Super friendly staff every time I shop here. If you need footy gear this is THE spot to shop on the North Shore.”

“Be there early, I mean before it opens at 10am. Theres a lot of resellers and they come in big groups. I was here yesterday and I lined up early. Noticed a big group lined up in front of me. When the doors opened they let in 10 people first. I watched how these resellers went wild and just grabbed anything they could. I was lucky to find my size (bought a proton hoody size M) the rest are xs, xl and xxl - the most popular sizes have been bought by the resellers already (sizes s,m). Discount are mostly 30%, very very few with 50% off, some are not even on sale. I hope they limit the items people purchase here to give everyone a chance. Will I be coming back? Nah, i see deals better online.”

“No idea why the negative reviews. I had fantastic service at this store when looking for a pack upgrade, they helped me find something that fit me properly and also helped me set it up. Torus (spelling wrong, I'm sorry) was incredibly patient at fitting the various packs to me. Although they may have limited brands, they have THE brands you use for outdoor activities and a great selection from them.”
