“I always get Icebreaker base layers for ice climbing and skiing. It was however my first time visiting the store to do in person shopping. I was helped by Katalina who went above and beyond to find me what I am looking for. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Very nice and welcoming.”
“I had such an excellent experience today at park Royal lulu. Jordan provided exceptional customer service! I needed help processing a return for a purchase I had made in the U.S., and he went above and beyond to help me. His professionalism, initiative, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive and greatly appreciated. Employees like Jordan make all the difference in the customer experience. Thank you, Jordan, for your outstanding service!”
