“Many thanks for the amazing care and dedication to customer service at this location. I started my journey at this location in Maple Ridge with a bad knee and foot injury. The staff was kind, patient and very empathetic towards myself and my needs. They have followed me through my journey with many changes along the way, which without their help I would have been lost. Winnie has been very patient and gentle with me, walking me through my Orthodic fittings and following up to make sure all was good. I also wanted to send a huge shout out to an amazing young lady in the front who helped me out at the beginning as well with my Hoka running shoes decisions, but I am embarrassed to say I can not remember her name. I apologize to her for that as she deserves respect for the knowledge and great customer service she gives every time I am there with a smile.”

“Sketcher’s memory foam slip-on is popular for its comfort. We have been scouting for good deals of this kind but the problem is no available stocks or overpriced at other retailers. This weekend, we drove to the Shoe Company at the Coquitlam Centre. The store has a great variety of reasonably priced branded shoes. I’m happy I got the shoes I liked. David is a very accommodating sales associate. He’s polite to all customers regardless of how busy the store is.”

I popped in here just to browse after walking past while running errands in the area and was very pleasantly surprised at the selection of well-made and stylish options of shoes for both men and ladies.
