“I was on a wild goose chase for the elusive perfect shoe for a wedding. I have grown up shopping at this mall, and always head straight to the usual suspects. Have walked by Devon so many times but never actually have gone inside. Their sales associate Raman was so wonderful that I had to come leave her some stars! She was so interested in finding me the right shoe, even though they were in the middle of a massive sale and extremely busy. This woman flies, I don’t think I have seen an employee run around while keeping everyone’s requests in order so well in many years. They were honest when I asked for opinions as I was shopping alone which was so appreciated. I did not find the shoe I wanted (I also hadn’t found it at like 7 other stores) but trust that the very first shoe store I head to when I go to Guildford Mall will be this one. I know how hard it is to find staff like this - and the other employee was equally as lovely. Thanks Raman! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The craziest part is that I went to another ALDO store in Surrey, and the experience was completely different. The staff treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and exchanged the boots without questioning me or making me feel like I had done something wrong. That’s the level of customer service I expected from the beginning.
This shows that the issue wasn’t the company’s policy—it was the staff at the Coquitlam Centre location. ALDO seriously needs to hire and train better employees there because their attitude and lack of professionalism are damaging the brand’s reputation.
I highly recommend the Surrey store for anyone looking for friendly, respectful, and professional service. As for the Coquitlam Centre location, I would avoid it unless ALDO makes significant changes to its customer service team.”
“I wanted to take the time to write a heartfelt review for Natalie and acknowledge the incredible experience she provided during my recent visit to Marks.
To be completely honest, I am usually very hesitant about shopping in-store. With how busy life gets, 95% of my shopping is done online. Walking into stores can sometimes feel overwhelming for me, especially as someone with a vision impairment who relies on medical glasses and a reading app to help see smaller print.
During my visit, the store had some foot traffic, and I was genuinely walking around in circles feeling completely lost. Natalie noticed this right away and kindly approached me to offer assistance. Her warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
There was a BOGO promotion happening, and Natalie’s approach to suggestive selling was incredibly natural and thoughtful , never forced or pressured. She truly focused on helping me find what I needed rather than simply making a sale.
What stood out most was her dedication and care. I was looking for a pair of dark denim Levi’s in size 38/34. After scanning the item on her handheld device, it showed that the size existed in inventory, but it was not on the shelf or located in the back. Most people may have stopped there, but Natalie went above and beyond. She personally searched through multiple adjacent stacks determined to help me, and amazingly, she found them.
That level of effort, kindness, and genuine customer care is rare today.
Natalie was truly the shining star of Marks, and she made my shopping experience memorable in the best possible way. She is absolutely divine, and I wanted to celebrate the kindness and professionalism she showed me.
Please acknowledge Natalie during your next pre-shift meeting. Team members like her are what create loyal customers and unforgettable experiences.

“Last week，I went to the store hoping to use the $20 reward to buy a pair of shoes for my child. I then discovered that the previous cashier had given me the wrong information. The reward was supposed to be used within one month, but I had been told it was valid for three months. Because of that mistake, the $20 reward had already expired.
