The service I had, by the assistant manager named eriana, was truly exceptional!! She really took the time to get to know me and the friend I was shopping for. She quickly gave me many suggestions and truly seemed excited to show me all the shoe options she thought my friend would love. On top of it all after I decided what shoes I was going with (air force 1s with the Nike charms). We continued to chat and I had mentioned my small business, she was very sweet and asked if she could see my website and that she would love to support it. “I shopped at Journeys Shoe store at Guildford yesterday. If it hadn’t been for the sales person named Kamsi I would not have bought anything. She was so amazing. She needs to train the rest of the staff to be as good as her. She actually did her job and provided great customer service. I went in to buy kids shoes for my nephew. The first two sales people I spoke with (a female and then a male) were of no help. They basically stood there and getting them to help me was like pulling teeth. As a sales person their job is not to just stand around. They need to get the shoes and provide assistance and help with any questions. Journeys please dismiss these 2 sales people. They are costing you sales. Again, Kamsi thank you for going above and beyond to help us. You are the only reason I would come back to that store. I am only giving 5 stars because of Kamsi.”
