“Tyler’s customer service is unreal!!!!!! I found the last Louisville Supra Starship available in the size I needed at MVP Athletics (completely sold out across Canada and USA in a 28” -10) and placed an online order right away. There were some complications with their inventory and the system showed the item as out of stock. Tyler remembered how disappointed I (thought) I was to not get the bat for my son, and called me back immediately to tell me that it was just an error and they in fact did have it in stock! After a ton of logistical changes and complications on my end (I had already ordered a replacement after the order was declined), Tyler made it happen for me after all with express shipping from BC to Ontario. If it wasn’t for his honesty, and genuine care for his customers I wouldn’t be able to make my son’s Birthday dream come true. So much thanks from Mississauga Ontario!!

“Awesome experience. Wasn’t planning on purchasing new running shoes at that very moment , just went to have a look and the staff provided excellent service even when told I may not be buying today. Even let my dog in the store to hang out while I got fitted.
The staff provided expert advice on how to manage knee pain with proper runners, and went the extra mile to bring out 3 options right away all in stock in my size.
Walked out with a new pair of runners and an happy customer. I immediately noticed a substantial positive difference and they even knocked off a small discount!
Safe to say they have a customer for life who is going to refer everyone I know looking for new running shoes.
