“Everybody has been to a Sportchek and for the most part, you know what you are going to get. Fairly average customer service with pretty decent prices on a variety of sports equipment. The pricing was its usual good deal but the customer service i received the other day was fantastic. The sales associate, Anma, was incredibly friendly and very, very helpful walking my wife and I through the different brands of athletic shoes, and taking the time to tell us the differences between the different brands and their shoe philosophies as well as taking the time to ensure the shoes we were planning to buy properly suited the needs we had for them. Usually, when I go into a Sportschek I find a pair that looks nice enough, the service rep finds me a size I like, and if they fit well I'll buy them. It was nice talking with Amna and I changed my mind about the shoes I was planning to buy based on her recommendations. I will be going back to the strawberry Hill Sportschek.”
“Great customer service.Bought 2 kids bikes last spring .One has few issues , which made me take back 3 times to be fixedOne time after the otherAnyhow , eventually they took it back and gave me store credit because the bike was never good.In other places they would blame you / your kid for the default etc especially in bikes .I always shop there and very happy with their service .”
