“I'm a landscape manager for Mandy's Spring Nursery, we purchased a fire bowl from Solus for a customer. The entire ordering, receiving, installation, and after the sale process has been excellent. Product came very well protected in the crate and in perfect condition, as expected but always great to have things go well. Very simple to install due to the way the fire bowl is assembled, simply had to hook it up to the gas line with the line it came with. Easy to adjust the flame height and look of them by adjusting the position of the stones that came with it. Overall very pleased with the company and the product, we will highly recommend them to future customers who are looking for outdoor fire features.”

They diagnosed my car window leak quickly and discovered my window was in perfectly fine condition, not the cause of water leaking into interior of vehicle. I strongly recommend going here if your in the Burnaby/new west area. Its hard to find honest, reliable and friendly service these days. “This home improvement store is closest to my home so I go here first when I need something. It's a decent size and it's usually easier to find a staff member who can help than at the larger chain down the highway. They don't have the selection of the larger chain but their prices are usually better and you can always order things from their website if you need more options. Website purchases can be sent to the store for pick-up, which saves shipping charges. I've done several medium-sized home renos using Rona and had zero issues with any of them. Their staff is well-trained and friendly, although their cashiers tend to be young so a little wanting in customer service skills. I had one girl looking at her cell phone while I was swiping my credit card and punching in my PIN. Not cool but that's phone-addicted millennials for you.”
