However, he encountered an unusual problem: the original owner -- a horologist -- had adjusted one of the weights.The clock is now running smoothly, and keeping better time than it has ever done, but it took Chi twice the visits and twice the usual time. Throughout it all, however, he maintained his friendly, equanimity, and held to his original price.If anyone is looking for someone to work on a clock, we can recommend Chi, without qualification.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service provided by Ridhama. We went to browse around options for watch. After looking at couple of watches and checking price with her. We told her we would be back next day as we need some time to narrow down to which one we like. She was very patient and welcoming with our request to show us different watches. Anyways we came back within 10mins to buy the watch which was there closing time. She stayed after hours to help us out. Ended up buying three watches from her. Very genuine prices as well and great customer service. Would be coming back in few days to get watch strap adjustment done.”
