“Omega Railmaster watch from Lugaro Jewellers at Park Royal, West Vancouver
My watch collection is focused on high precision time pieces. This includes an existing Omega Tresor dress watch, proving a precision of +1 spd. Delighted with Omega, I've recently wanted to add another Omega, but now a tool (sport) watch suitable for daily wear. For this I chose the Omega Railmaster with second hand sub dial on a steel president's bracelet.
Buying a watch is not just about choosing the right brand and the right model to one's specifications, but it also includes choosing the right jewelery shop that will provide the experience that will complement the acquisition. On this account I've had wonderful experience in the past purchasing from Lugaro Jewellers.
For this Railmaster, I made a phone call to Lugaro at Park Royal mall. Tomas, their senior watch specialist, took my call and informed me they have exactly the watch of my specifications in stock and that he will set it aside for me. Later that day I met him in their boutique.
I sometimes enjoy comparing a perspective purchase against some other competing watches. This day I wanted to engage a few different watches in the competition with the Railmaster. Tomas pulled out a few other watches of my interest and patiently watched as I carefully scrutinized each of four such watches. All alone, he and I discussed watch collection in depth. I quickly dismissed two contenders, leaving only the Railmaster and one other excellent watch. I put both of these watches against a time-grapher and they proved equally impressive. In the end the competition was won by the Omega, by my preference.
I wish to give my compliments to both Lugaro and Tomas for their patience, expert service, and delightful hospitality. This is just the type of memorable experience deserving of purchasing a luxury watch.”

I visited the Swatch store at Metropolis at Metrotown today to have my watch battery replaced, and I had a fantastic experience. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful. He replaced the battery quickly and carefully, then asked if I would like the watch crystal to be polished as well. I said yes, and he did an excellent job. The service was fast, thoughtful, and exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled with great care, and I’m very happy with the experience.
