My key fob battery went dead six months after I had it replaced with them, and they replaced it for free—even though the battery drain was caused by my key fob. They refused to charge me and handled everything in a positive manner. I believe we should support ethical local businesses like this and encourage more of them.”

Di and the team took their time to show me all the various brands within my budget, allowed me to try on all the pieces that caught my eye, and recommended some options I hadn't even considered that I actually loved. They helped talked me through which options made sense for my use case and the aesthetic I was looking for. Ultimately ended up going with one of their recommendations and couldn't be happier. I visited the Swatch store at Metropolis at Metrotown today to have my watch battery replaced, and I had a fantastic experience. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful. He replaced the battery quickly and carefully, then asked if I would like the watch crystal to be polished as well. I said yes, and he did an excellent job. The service was fast, thoughtful, and exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled with great care, and I’m very happy with the experience.
